After a years gap thanks to adventures in time and trying to save the girl, Sonic returned in 1994 with the numerical sequel to Sonic The Hedgehog 2. By this time he was so famous he didn't even need the suffix 'The Hedgehog' it seems, as he was entrenched amongst the pantheon of gaming Icons.
This game introduced Rad red himself, Knuckles The Echidna who spent much of the game knocking Sonic on his ass, pulling switches and laughing. Ah those happy, care free, halcyon days... |
