His name is Chris Matsumura. The internet tells me he is a Japanese television personality. Specifically “a gay aerobic teacher who appeared (or still appears) on the popular Tv show Quiz Parade Hexagon II“. It would be fair to say his wardrobe does little to persuade me this statement is false.

He does not play video games… this may also become apparent.
