Take a deep breath everyone, but Sonic has again topped a negative top ten list. This time over at GameTrailers with their “Fallen Angels” list for “franchises that once soared high above the heavens now hide in the shadow of modern giants”.
On announcing Sonic as the number one GameTrailers even apologised somewhat, insisting when they thought of this poll it wasn’t designed to have another dig at Sonic. Still they decided that Sonic had to be top of the poll, somehow being of less worth than Tony Hawk and Crash as their games are only interesting to you poor, pityful fools reading this new post. Wait, Crash Bandicoot has FANS?
Somewhat hilariously, the 3D argument is rolled out but the footage used in the background is that of Sonic 4 Episode II, Sonic Colours and Sonic Generations.
